Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
Cream together: 1 cup margarine or butter

2 cups sugar

2 eggs


Add: 1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla


Beat mixture well with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.


Add: 2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt


Stir flour mixture in with spoon until all flour is absorbed.


Topping mix; 1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)


Directions:

Put half the batter in well greased and floured 10" tube (angel food) pan.

Sprinkle half the topping mix over the batter.

Repeat with the remaining batter and topping mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.

Completely cool before removing cake.

Cake is good warm, but will have to be cut in half once tube is removed from pan.


Serves 10.
